The Administrative Assistant will support one Broker managing customer relationships and assisting with marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho), a background in social media marketing or general marketing, and a strong organizational skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update CRM data to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
• Assist in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels
• Support marketing initiatives by conducting research and preparing online marketing materials.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including email correspondence, scheduling, and data entry
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer outreach and engagement strategies for Broker

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in an administrative role with CRM exposure (Zoho experience preferred)
• Experience in social media marketing or related marketing field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
