Join Worthington Enterprises as an Assembly Line Specialist! As a member of our dynamic team, you'll be contributing to the creation of high-quality parts on our vibrant assembly line. We are searching for motivated individuals ready to excel during our 2nd (3pm to 11pm) or 3rd (11pm to 7am) shifts.

Your Daily Activities

• Engage in varied tasks such as assembly, testing, welding, and paint line operations.
• Follow precise instructions to ensure products are assembled safely and meet quality standards.
• Identify and correct any quality issues. Handle parts accurately by labeling and counting them properly.
• Commit to safety by adhering to established policies and guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Capability to undertake physical, repetitive work and stand for long durations.
• Keen attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Basic proficiency in math and computer applications.
• Strong capability to comprehend and adhere to detailed instructions.
• Knowledgeable about part identification, detecting size variations, and ensuring quality.
• Forklift and crane certification are advantageous.

Skills Preferred:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer proficiency.
