We are seeking an experienced and driven Flooring and Bilingual Superintendent to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our flooring projects.

Job Summary

As a Flooring Superintendent, you will be responsible supervising Tile + flooring installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, and to the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with our Project Manager, Installers, and other team members to coordinate all aspects of the job, maintain safety standards, and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily flooring installation activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with project managers to understand project scopes, timelines, and client expectations.
• Supervise and schedule flooring crews, ensuring proper allocation of resources.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Address and resolve issues that may arise during installations, including material or labor challenges.
• Prepare and collect when needed Job Materials.
• Provide regular updates to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and building codes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Spanish
• Proven experience as a Flooring Superintendent or in a similar leadership role within the flooring or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of various flooring materials, installation methods, and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with project management software is a plus.
