Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage professional to ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals for our Luxury Lifestyle brand.
Key Responsibilities - Assemble and disassemble the breakfast spread and ensure that it remains well-stocked at all times.
- Provide excellent service by receiving orders from customers, properly placing them using the POS, and clearing tables as needed.
- Run food from the kitchen to the customers, prepare and serve cocktails, prepare specialty coffee beverages using the Nespresso machine, and clean tables.
- Greet customers and answer questions.
- Keep the breakfast area fully stocked with cleaned and polished glasses, dinnerware, and flatware. Wash and polish dishes every day.
- Assist the back of the house with tasks, including-but not limited to-washing dishes, prep, cleaning and upkeep, etc.
- Maintain a sanitary environment by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing the front and back areas before and after each meal service.
- Receive deliveries and stock utilizing the FIFO method.
Back of House Responsibilities - Prepare food to the exact specifications of the Director of Food and Beverage and the recipes via Marriott International.
- Daily batch prepping of house sauces and other batched recipes.
- Cook food items by roasting, sauting, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.
- Stay updated with food safety, allergens, and other health-related regulations and procedures.
- Perform any other tasks as directed by the leadership team.
Qualifications & Skills - Food Handlers
- RBS/ Tips Certificate
- Preferably 1 year of experience
