Position Overview: As a Commercial Roofing Estimator, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing projects. Your expertise will help continue to provide exceptional service and value to clients. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and project management. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed site inspections and assessments. Develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for roofing projects. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information. Prepare and present proposals and cost estimates to clients. Ensure estimates align with company standards and project requirements. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as a commercial roofing estimator. In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction processes. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in estimation software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
