Job Description Responsibilities: - Clean up of construction site depris
- Use of a blower to push trash and debris into open space
- Cleaning the grass areas and islands of the commercial facility
- Empty trash receptacles sometimes by hand, and transport waste to the disposal area
- Use the vacuum, pan, and broom to remove debris from the paved/ grass areas.
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
- Performs other duties as required
Experience: - Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred
- Familiarity with custodial duties such as trash removal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Working Conditions and Physical Demands: - Working conditions are frequently outdoors with exposure to temperature variations; occasional exposure to damp/wet surfaces, cramped areas, noise, fumes, and dust
- Physical requirements include frequently lifting/carrying of 10-25 lbs and occasionally 60lbs; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate cash register
- Subject to: standing, bending, twisting, stooping, walking, and reaching to perform the essential functions
Qualifications: •Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay: $15.91/hr
Shift : Mon-Fri 7am to 3:30pm
