About the Role
The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief People Officer to lead its People and Culture team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the organization, overseeing critical functions such as internal communications, talent management, people analytics, employee experience, and wellness initiatives. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in leading and managing organizational change, as well as a commitment to the principles of equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion.
