Role: Desktop Support

PC / Deployment Technician

Has to be comfortable working in a tobacco plant.

Can start asap and will go through end of 2024.

Needs to be self-starter.

Shift will be Midnight to 8AM Sunday midnight through 8AM Friday onsite.

Steel toe boots required. They will be solo in their shift. Solid tech committed to third shift.

Top Skills:

- PC Break/Fix and Desktop Support Experience: Break/fix, refresh, just solid desktop tech.

- PC break/fix in a professional setting

Deployment: Tier I Technician will Image, Deploy and Install all devices on the daily pick lists,

- High technical aptitude, built their own computer, can showcase their technical ability through screening questions

1. Customer service skills (relatable, reassuring, empathetic, strong communication skills, great listener, asks great questions)
2. Cultural fit (great personality, go getter, open to asking for help, know that they don’t know everything, motivated, can take constructive criticism, able to mesh with a team, putting others first)

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong computer skills and aptitude
• Basic networking skills
• Quickly and accurately enter data into database
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical thinker and problem solver
• Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation and personal responsibility
• Ability to build strong relationships with team, internal business partners, and end users
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and obtain results by established deadlines
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, methods, and processes
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to effectively work both independently and as a team member
