Job Description

As the DoD/Federal Civilian Capture Director, you will be responsible for leading the capture efforts for strategic opportunities within both the DoD and Federal Civilian sectors. You will develop and execute capture strategies to win new business, working closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the capture process for key DoD and Federal Civilian opportunities, from opportunity identification through proposal submission and contract award.
• Develop and execute capture strategies, including teaming strategies, win themes, and pricing strategies, to maximize the company's competitive position.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within the DoD and Federal Civilian agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, operations, finance, and legal, to ensure alignment and support for capture efforts.
• Lead and participate in customer meetings, presentations, and industry events to promote the company's capabilities and capture strategy.
• Provide leadership and guidance to capture team members, ensuring they are aligned and focused on achieving capture objectives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform capture strategies and positioning.
• Prepare and present capture status updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
