Office Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversight of all office positions


• Leadership and training for office staff


• Maintains client and employee relationships and supportive documentation


• Responsibility for meeting goals set by franchise owner

Office Manager Requirements:

• Experience Two years supervisory or management experience in home care preferred


• Education Bachelors degree preferred


• Skills Leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills


• Characteristics This is an autonomous position, so were looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
