About the RoleAs a Home Repair Technician, youll combine trade-level expertise with a customer-first mindset. Your work will involve drywall repair and finishing, general residential repairs, and regular interaction with residents, property managers, and teammates. Your professionalism in someones home matters just as much as the quality of your repairs. Key ResponsibilitiesDrywall Specialist Duties:Perform expert drywall repair, patching, taping, sanding, and seamless texture matching.Apply finishes including knockdown, orange peel, and smooth wall techniques with precision.Prep and repair surfaces for a clean, paint-ready finish.General Residential Repairs:Handle light plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks with confidence.Conduct inspections and identify safety hazards or repair needs.Support full unit Make Ready transformations alongside your team.Professional Customer Interaction:Communicate respectfully and clearly with residents, clients, and teammates.Demonstrate professionalism in behavior, appearance, and languageespecially inside homes.Provide solutions, answer questions, and leave a positive impression at every job site.Represent the companys values with integrity and courtesy, every single day.Team and Operational Responsibilities:Keep job sites clean and secure. Manage tools and repair inventory efficiently.Identify and report opportunities for additional services or repair chargebacks.Follow safety standards and company policies at all times.Who You AreMinimum 3 years of hands-on drywall experience (including texture blending and finishing).A well-rounded trade professional with experience in residential repairs.Personable, trustworthy, and composed under pressure.Skilled at managing client expectations and working in occupied homes.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to exceed expectations.Benefits & PerksWe value great people and reward great work.
