Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Motel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our motel. The ideal candidate will be a driven individual or couple that has a background in hospitality and/or hotel management with a proven history of exceptional guest experiences and efficient business operations. Responsibilities: Supervise staff, including housekeeping, maintenance and service personnel Utilize RM and PMS systems to manage bookings and customers Manage and build the motel’s OTA presence Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports Provide excellent guest services, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the property Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations Operate business with a high standard of performance based on customer reviews, KPIs and owner observance Oversee and perform maintenance on and improvement of property structures and systems Requirements: Integrity An attitude and work ethic of a servant leader Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interactions Strong people skills in managing different wants, desires and personalities Knowledge and skill in using Microsoft Office products and other basic office and/or secretarial skills Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at times and to negotiate stairs regularly Preferences: Hospitality experience Strong character and work ethic references Desire to grow, learn and improve If you are a motivated individual or couple with a passion for serving others and possess the skills required to excel in hospitality management, we invite you to apply for this opportunity.
