We are seeking an Insurance Producers to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.

Producers for Personal and Commercial Lines

• RIBO Licensed at least 1 year
• Has written sales of at least $500,000-$1 million in one year
• Is familiar with Applied Rating, EPIC, outlook, Indio, Docusign
• Ability to quote new business auto, property, and commercial insurance
• Familiar with coverages, quoting, and explanation of coverages
• Familiar with creating the application for auto, property and commercial submissions getting it signed by the client, creating activities in EPIC for CSR’s to issue and follow up with new business additional documents
• Issue temporary slips
• All customer service is provided for by our office, producer is not responsible to service the client. Assist clients to forward all requests to CSR’s when required.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
