Salary: $180,000 - $225,000 per year

Job Details We are seeking a Managing Partner to step into a leadership role and succeed our current Managing Partner, who is preparing for retirement. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney with a robust book of business in any of our practice areas.
As the Managing Partner, you will take on the responsibility of overseeing the firm’s operations while maintaining and growing your client base. We are looking for someone with substantial experience in business transactions, litigation, insurance law, real estate, elder law, and/or employment law. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and the desire to leverage the resources and support of an established firm to further their success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the firm’s overall operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of legal services and client satisfaction.
Lead and mentor associates and staff, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
Maintain and expand your personal book of business, while developing new business opportunities.
Cultivate and strengthen client relationships.
Collaborate with the firm’s leadership team to shape and implement the firm’s strategic vision for the future.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong experience in areas such as Business Transactions, Commercial Disputes, Elder Law, Employment Law, Insurance Law, Real Estate, and more.
Experience managing a firm or team, or the readiness to step into a leadership role.
A well-established book of business is highly preferred.
Attorneys from sole proprietorships looking for the support and infrastructure of an established firm would be a great fit.
