Job Summary:
As a Medicare Insurance Agent, you will play a critical role in helping clients select the best Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Prescription Drug plans. This position is perfect for self-motivated individuals, with strong interpersonal skills who are passionate about making an impact in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate prospective clients on their Medicare options, OTC benefits, including Medicare Advantage, and PDP plans.
Identify client needs through thorough consultation and service them.
Assist clients with applications and enrollment to ensure compliance with CMS regulations.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Medicare plans, rules, and annual changes.
Build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service throughout their Medicare journey. If you service your clients, they will always service you.
Qualifications:
Required: Valid state health insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
1-2 years of sales, cold calling or insurance experience preferred, but new agents are welcome to apply.
Showing up everyday and choosing happiness, faith, and courage. Your emotional quotient (EQ) is crucial in this job.
