Job Description: Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give correct change following procedures Promote credit and loyalty programs Follow merchandising philosophy and procedures Prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to standards Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures Support store shrink reduction efforts Maintain a safe environment and participate in safety initiatives Perform other duties as assigned Who We’re Looking For: Excellent customer service skills Flexible schedule to support business needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred Benefits include associate discounts, EAP, health benefits, 401(k) options, and more.
