Customer Service Agent - Remote
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Home
Hours: Flexible shifts available between 7 AM - 11 PM and overnight shifts from 11 PM - 7 AM, covering all seven days of the week.
Salary: $14.00 per hour

What You'll Do

Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.

Resolve customer concerns by offering appropriate solutions and follow-ups.
Adhere to communication guidelines, company policies, and best practices.
Go the extra mile to engage with customers and provide outstanding service.

What We're Looking For

Customer service experience: At least 1 year in a high-volume call center environment.
Strong communication skills: Clear verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Windows-based computers, Microsoft Office, and learning new software.
Adaptability: Ability to handle different customer personalities and situations.
Problem-solving mindset: Solution-oriented with a commitment to quality service.
Organized & efficient: Excellent multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
Call center experience: Experience with inbound/outbound calls and automatic dialers is a plus.
Professionalism: Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to success.

Work-From-Home Requirements

A PC or laptop with Windows 10 or newer (Macs, Chromebooks, and tablets are not supported).
