Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a busy family in Lincoln, NE, looking for a full-time Summer Nanny (Part-Time during School Year). This is a dynamic role that partners with two busy executives to care for 3 upper elementary aged children. This is a terrific opportunity for someone who loves working with children, enjoys engaging with them through fun learning, and can create structure while keeping things lighthearted and joyful.

Summer responsibilities include:

• Full days (8 AM-5 PM) of activities, reading, crafts, piano practice, outdoor play, and outings
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks
• Encouraging the kids in their faith, learning, and character development
• Overseeing light household tasks (kids' laundry, dishes, tidying) and guiding the children in their own responsibilities
• Helping the kids care for our pets (dogs, chickens, outdoor cat)

School-year responsibilities include:

• Part-time availability (3-6 PM)
• School pickup using our family vehicle
• After-school snacks, homework help, sports/activity prep
• Continuing to support routines and a peaceful, accountable home environment

Qualifications

• Responsible, honest, and dependable
• Your communication skills are top-notch, and you're a people person.
• You know your way around school-age kids and their unique needs.
• First aid and CPR? You either have it or are ready to get it.
• Trustworthy and discreet, especially when it comes to family matters.
• Clean background check and driving record.

Pay: $18-$22/hour depending on experience Harrison Gray Search and Consulting LLC
