The ideal candidate has experience with Relativity and other eDiscovery platforms such as Everlaw. Key Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers with client requests and execution of litigation support projects. Oversee full project life cycle, ensuring adherence to project parameters. Implement best practices in line with firm policies for eDiscovery cases. Collaborate with Client Solutions Manager and Project Managers to optimize legal tech usage. Coordinate data transfer, storage, and ensure quality assurance. Track delivery schedules, manage work scope changes, and participate in post-project analysis. Assist in developing and delivering training on document review protocols. Promote the use of litigation technology and practice support services. Coordinate electronic and paper document discovery, including scanning, coding, review, and production. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in litigation technology. Experience Required: 3+ years of professional litigation experience (large law firm or consulting experience preferred). RCA certification or Relativity-Certified Administrator preferred Knowledge of Everlaw Relativity, WestLaw Case Notebook, Case Map, TimeMap; IPRO e-Capture and IPRO experience a plus. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Brainspace, NexLP) and trial presentation tools (e.g., Sanction, Trial Director) is a plus. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and collaborative skills.
