Summary

We are searching for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Assistant. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver an extraordinary client experience and ensure seamless operations throughout the real estate journey. From personalized client interactions and event planning to social media engagement and budget tracking, your contributions will make a lasting impact. This position will involve serving as Ryan Storch's direct personal assistant, ensuring his schedule and tasks are efficiently managed to support the broader team goals.

Responsibilities

Client Communications

  • Communicate each client throughout each step of the client journey to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Manage follow-up communications with clients after the closing process to maintain strong relationships.

Client Gifts

  • Curate and send thoughtful gifts at various stages of the client journey to enhance their experience and build rapport.

Event Planning

  • Plan and execute all quarterly client and community events, ensuring they align with the company's brand and goals.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and post engaging social media content across platforms to promote the business and highlight achievements.

Coordination & Scheduling

  • Coordinate showings, appointments, and meetings to ensure seamless scheduling for clients and team members.

Budget Management

  • Monitor and track the budget for events, gifts, and other client-related expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative mindset with a knack for event planning and gift curation
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic content creation
  • Ability to track and manage budgets effectively
  • Real estate experience is a bonus but not required
